Shipping policy

We want you to know what to expect when you order from Pop Gadget. Here is how shipping works.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States and to most international destinations.

Shipping rates

United States: Orders of $65 or more ship free. Orders under $65 ship for a flat $4.99.

International: A flat $10.99 per order. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing and delivery

Orders are usually processed within a few business days. Once your order ships, most U.S. packages arrive within about one to two weeks. International orders usually take longer. Delivery times can vary by product, location and carrier, and may run longer during holidays and busy seasons.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also check on your package anytime on our Track Order page.

Orders that ship separately

If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.

Delays and lost packages

Carriers sometimes run into delays we cannot control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after shipping, or tracking stops updating, email us at info@popgadget20.com and we will look into it and make it right.
