Processing time

Orders are processed within [1–2] business days (Monday–Friday). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

U.S. delivery

Standard shipping takes [7–12] business days after processing. Shipping is free on orders over $35; orders under $35 ship for a [$4.99] flat rate.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. Track your package anytime on our Track Order page.

If something goes wrong

Carriers occasionally run into delays beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within [20] days of your ship date, email us at info@popgadget20.com and we'll track it down or make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
